Rabbit, rabbit.

Welcome to my favorite month. And don't think that it's just because it's my birthday month. June will always be end-of-the-school-year, swimming-in-the-river, cheeseburgers-for-dinner, long-walks-in-the-cool-evenings, slice-of-lime-in-my-water, comforting-whirr-of-the-air-conditioner, finally-it's-summer relief & excitement rolled into one.

Virginia is so right. Good thing I've been dining on pineapple & watermelon & potato salad & peaches & chicken salad & mango sorbet & BLTs in various combinations for the past week. Now I'm just waiting for the first ear of corn-on-the-cob, & then it will be 100% summer.
